Ingredients

    6 oz Chicken Breast
    1 cup celery chopped
    1/2 cup chopped scallions(green onions)
    1 cup fre cupsh mushrooms
    1 cup cabbage shredded
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 cup rice
    1 cup chicken broth

Directions

cook rice in chicken broth, cook chicken and soy sauce. Add vegetables. Cook til tender crisp and rice.
