Ingredients

    fat free chicken breasts (3)
    1 14.5 oz can whole kernel corn
    1 14.5 oz can black beans
    1 14.5 oz can light red kidney beans
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomato with zesty green chiles
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomato
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 onion chopped
    1/2 tablespoon cumin
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    1 12 oz can light beer

Directions

combine all ingredients in crock pot except chicken
place chicken on top of mixture and cook on low for 5 hours
after 5 hours remove chicken and cool until able to be handled
shred chicken breasts and return to crock pot
cook additional 2 hours

*May top with sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips
