Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Almond flour/meal
2 eggs
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded very fine
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasonings
1/2 tsp oregano
two or three shakes of dried onions
Directions
Mix the wet stuff together (eggs and oil)
Mix the dry stuff together. Add or subtract spices to your liking. Put parchment paper on two cookie sheets.
plop two tablespoons of dough on 6 different spots. three per sheet. Flatten out dough working from the middle out. It helps to dampen your hands with a bit of water so dough does not stick.
Place in 350 degree oven for 14 minutes.
To store place in plasic storage bags once cooled keeping a square of parchment paper between them.
Top with 1 tbsp of spagetti or pizza sauce. (check for carbs on bottle or make your own) add toppings as you like them. Reheat in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
