    Very Good
I didn't have rosemary, so I threw in some other herbs. This was very tasty. Easy to make & clean up. 155 degrees was a little overdone for me. I'll cook to 145 degrees next time, which is the new recommended internal temp standard for pork loin. - 3/11/13
