Ingredients

    1.5 cups soaked pinto beans
    1 lb ground lean turkey
    salt and pepper to tast
    1 onion chopped
    1 T garlic
    2 T. dried oregano
    1T ground cumin
    1 T dried cilantro
    3 cups chicken broth
    1 cup water or liquid from pressure cooked beans
    2 T tomato paste
    1 can (14.5oz) petit diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped green scallions
    2 T lemon juice

Directions

soak beans over night or pressure cook, brown turkey then add ll the other remaining ingredents
