Ingredients

    16 oz red potatoes
    6 black olives
    1/2 dill pickle spear
    1 green onion (adjust to taste)
    2 T celery
    2T low cal Mayo
    1T low cal sour cream
    1T mustard
    1/2 tsp soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste



Directions

boil potatos, cut into cubes
chop onion, pickle, celery olives add to diced potatos.
Add the mustard, mayo, sour cream and mix
(can add 1 boiled egg and adjust the calories by 17 cal/serv)
