Introduction

Ingre for momos-
Flour-2 cups
Salt-as per requirement
Water-enough to make a dough,
Knead the dough by mixing all mentioned ingredients togthr ,and apply a little oil just so that the dough shldnt turn hard till u prepare the filling .
For filling-
Carrot-1
Long beans -4 to 5 sticks
Onions-i small
Panner-50gm
Garlic-1 pod
Ginger-small pod
Tumeric powder-1 tea spoon
Corrander powder-1 table spoon
Green chilles- 1.
Oil-2 table spoons
Water-small half cup size
Egg White -1 Egg
Finely chop all the ingredients.Pre boil carrot n long beans for a few min..
Now take a sauce pan heat oil on medium flame,when hot ,--saute garlic ginger ,then onions ,then chopped green chilly,then crumbled panner ,add tumeric salt and saulte for a 1 minute,add little water and cover the pan with the lid for 3 minutes.now remove cover n see that water is compelety dried up.let the mixture cool a bit .
Cut the dough into 2 half n futher into four,u might end up getting 4 to6 small balls roll the balls with a rolling pin in small circle and add a bit of filling in the middle join half half side and seal it with egg white .
Now Steam it for 10min and serve hot with ur fav kind of sauce ...:)
