Introduction

I don't like to use too much canned tuna because of the mercury issue, so here's a quick and easy recipe using mostly salmon with just one can of tuna - you'll never taste the difference! Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (14.75 oz.)
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can (6 oz.)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 4 tbsp
    1 oz. yellow onion (28g)
    Dill Pickles, 56.7 grams (2 oz.)
    Yellow Mustard, 1.5 tsp or 1 packet
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Celery seed, .5 tsp

Directions

Chop up the onion and pickles, add all other ingredients, mix and serve. Keeps very well for several days in the refrigerator, covered.

Each serving is a bit more than 2.5 oz. by weight.
