Ingredients

1C plus 2 Tbsp Bisquick Healthy Heart Low Fat Baking Mix
1/4 C Lactaid Fat Free Calcium Fortified Milk
    1 lb Extra-Lean Ground Beef
    1 med Onion, finely chopped
    2Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 Garlic clove, minced (3g)
1/2 C Egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
1/2 C shredded fat free Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp reduced fat grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 9-10 inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.
2. to make crust, mix 1 C of the Bisquick baking mix and 1/4 C fat free milk in medium bowl just until soft dough forms. Transfer to lightly floured surface and knead 5 times. Roll out dough to about 6-inch square; ease into baking dish, pressing it evenly against bottom and side of dish.
3. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic; cook, breaking beef apart with wooden spoon, until browned, 4-5 minutes. Stir in the other 2 Tbsp of the Bisquick mix. Remove skillet from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Meanwhile, mix the egg substitute, the shredded cheddar cheese, and the grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Spoon the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish over the crust and top evenly with the cheese mixture. Bake until filling is set and crust is golden, 25-30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and cut into 9 squares for 9 servings of about 180 calories and 7 g fat per serving.
