Ingredients

    1 - wheat pita, split in half (to make a round crust)
    1/2 C fat free mozzarella cheese
    1/4 C cherry tomatoes, sliced
    1/4 C sliced fresh mushrooms
    Basil, chopped

Directions

Place pizza on a cookie sheet & bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. These can be made ahead and frozen until you need them.
