Introduction

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 3 medium
    Milk - 1% - 0.75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Granola, President's Choice Original - Blue Menu, 3 cup
    Brown Sugar 3 T packed
    baking powder 1 T

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin tins.
MIx cereal, banana, egg, & oil. Let stand 5 mins.
Mix dry ingredients. Then mix with banana mixture.
Bake ~20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 16 muffins.
For variety add blueberries or pecans...etc
