Cleaning out the fridge one day gave us a great recipe - we called it a mess because I made a mess in the kitchen while cooking it. Cleaning out the fridge one day gave us a great recipe - we called it a mess because I made a mess in the kitchen while cooking it.

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, lean
    chopped onion
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 6oz. Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup lite sour cream
    frozen peas and corn
    1/2 box of pasta (bow ties, rotini, pene)
    cayanne pepper, seasoned salt, pepper

Directions

Boil water and cook pasta.
Brown beef with chopped onions, season to taste
In small sauce pan combine soup, yogurt, sour cream, peas and corn. Season to taste with cayanne pepper. Cook until warm.
Mix all together and enjoy!
