    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    *Goya, Pinto beans, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 large, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 6 cups
    White Rice, short grain, 2 cup (pre cooked)
    salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

Boil or grill chicken.

Saute onions, carrots, celery, add broth. Bring to slow boil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 min
