Ingredients

    8 oz top sirloin beef
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 of a leek
    Dash of salt and pepper

Directions

Slice beef and combine with garlic, soy sauce, and pepper and marinate at room teperature for 20 minutes.
Slice leeks and set aside.
In a skillet, heat oil over high heat and begin to brown the beef. Add leeks and salt and stir until leeks are wilted and meat cooked.

This goes very well with sesame oil and hoisin sauce.

    this is a special one ladies . serve over rice and it is a meal . add chopped green onions . and top with fried onion rings in a can .. - 7/10/11

    2 ounces of beef and a few leek pieces? Are you kidding? Serves 4? How about it serves two over brown rice and some roasted brussel sprouts on the side. I - 11/14/11

    Incredible!
    Added green peppers and oyster sauce. Served with brown rice, salad and corn and it made a filling, complete healthy meal. My hubby and teenage boys loved it. Thanks. - 8/3/12
