    4-5 carrots, scrubbed, tops removed, ends trimmed
    1 small handful parsley, rinsed
    1/2 lemon, washed or peeled if not organic
    1" piece ginger root, washed

Directions

Juice all the ingredients in your juicer. Stir the juice and serve.
