    2 slices reduced fat bread
    1/8 cup skim milk
3 tbs egg white in carton or (egg beaters)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
    2 tbls Better'nPeaunt Butter (I find at Bi-lo,Target stores)

Directions

In large bowl mix egg whites or egg beaters with milk and vanilla extract
add Better'npeanut butter , sliced banana and sugar free jelly to bread and make a sandwich....
Heat skillet and get hot...I use Pam spray
dip the sandwich one side at a time to let the egg mixture soak in (just like french toast)
Add to hot skillet and let cook....just like french toast....
I let mine brown one side at a time so I only flip it once!
