Introduction

This is a fast, delicious, creamy fruit and yogurt drink, packed iwth protein and vitamin C. This is a fast, delicious, creamy fruit and yogurt drink, packed iwth protein and vitamin C.

Ingredients

    1 cup orange juice, fortified with Calcium
    1 ripe banana
    1 cup of frozen mango chunks, thawed
    1 cup Fage fat free Greek -style yogurt, plain
    1 cup crushed ice is optional, for a frozen drink, but the flavor is more intense without it.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth. Pour half into one glass and half into another glass. Makes 2 servings
