Introduction

Tasty Asian dish! As listed, it is a flaming spicy hot, so I suggest adding the chili sauce a little at a time!
Add onions for even more deliciousness, my family hates them, so we didn't add them. Also, if you'd like, a little crushed peanuts on the top would be great!

Ingredients

1 cup carrots (I used a veggie peeler to make them super thin)
    1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
1 1/2 cups red bell pepper, sliced
1 16 oz box Button Mushrooms (3-4 cups) sliced
8 oz Pork Tenderloin, sliced very thin

    Sauce:
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    3 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp Ketchup
    Siracha Chili Sauce
    4 wedges lime

Directions

Thinly slice all the veggies.

Boil pasta to package directions.

Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl, adding the Siracha to taste. Recipe as listed is EXTREMELY spicy! Set aside.

In Oil (as little as possible to coat the bottom of a large fry pan - don't forget to measure and add it to your foods eaten!) stir fry pork until no longer pink, remove from pan and set a side for a moment.

Stir fry veggies, starting with carrots and celery, then add peppers and mushrooms. Once the carrots are slightly tender, add the pork, stir fry for 3 minute then add the sauce. Fry for another minute or so until well incorporated.

Divide into serving dishes, garnish with a lime wedge for squeezing over before eating. Enjoy!! :)
