    One can progresso Lentil soup
    2 cups chunky tomato in puree
    1/2 cup dry quinoa
    2 precooked turkey sausage patties, Thawed and cut into small pieces.


Make quinoa according to package directions. (It would probably be good to use low sodium beef broth in the quinoa, but I didn't think of it till AFTER I put this together!)Add remaining ingredients. Heat through.

You could certainly leave out the sausage for a vegetarian meal. I just put them in for the flavor.

Makes 5 one cup servings.
