Ingredients

    * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    * Kraft Natural Cheese Mexican Style Four Cheese 2% Milk, 2 oz
    * Romaine Lettuce 2 inner leaf
    * Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp
    * Kirkland Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 3 oz

Directions

- The chicken strips are pre-cooked so with 2-3min on the stove/microwave should do the trick.Do not over cook to keep them moist.
- Cook broccoli as you normally do. [I boil the water first then wait around 5min or that the broccoli is tender]
- On a bowl place the lettuce.
- Once the chicken and broccoli are cooked add them to the bowl with lettuce.
- Now add the Cheese, salt and pepper to taste and the ranch dressing mix everything up and serve.

Note: You can change the salad dressing or add more vegetables. Be creative and stay healthy. This recipe is for one serving so multiply quantity for more servings/people. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
