This is a real easy recipe that is great for summer - very refreshing and a good snack. This is a real easy recipe that is great for summer - very refreshing and a good snack.
Number of Servings: 1

1 Piece of Silken Tofu (kept refrigerated)
    1 Tsp of Vinegar
    1 Tsp of Sesame oil
    2 Tbs of Soy Sauce

    Bonito Flakes
    Seasoned Laver (Seaweed)
    Sesame seeds

1. Take the Tofu from the package and put it on a plate.
If you find that it looks a bit dodgy, try pouring some boiling water over it - this will remove any impurities.
2. If you want to, slice it into thick pieces ( this will not look as cool as having the whole piece, but is much easier to eat)
3. Pour the Soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil over the tofu.
4. Sprinkle the toppings on - this depends on your own tastes, but generally bonito flakes and seasoned laver tastes wonderful.

Voila! You are done.
