Ingredients

    1~ Quaker White Cheddar Rice Cake
    1/2 cup~ Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    2 tbsp.~ Green Onion (Chopped)
    1~ Tomato Slice
    1 tsp.~ Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
    Dash~ Salt
    Dash~ Black Pepper

Directions

First, mix the chopped onion and cottage cheese together. Spread the mixture evenly onto your rice cake and top with tomato. Sprinkle parmesan, salt, and pepper on top.
Makes 1 serving

    okay i tried it and its as good as it sounds. a little messy cause ricecakes don't stay together well but it was soo yummy. filling too. - 5/17/10
