Ingredients

    1 tablespoon of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    4 Giant brand Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 cup of water
    2 packages of Minute Ready To Serve Brown Rice
    1 can Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray in frying pan.
2. Add 4 Giant Brand Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast and cover.
3. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until lighlty browned on both sides
4. Remove chicken from skillet
5. Add 1 can of Cambells 98% Fat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup and 1 cup of water to frying pan.
6. Stir
7. Bring to boil
8. Stir in four containers of Minute Ready To Serve Brown Rice
9. Top with chicken
10. Cover
11. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked
12. Let sit 5 minutes or until liquid is aborbed
