Introduction

For the Slow Cooker, your house is going to smell good while this is cooking. For the Slow Cooker, your house is going to smell good while this is cooking.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 pork chops
    1 cup apricot Pineapple jam
    3 tablespns Spenda Brown sugar
    1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
    1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
    1/4 teaspoon Ground CLoves
    1 (11 ounce) can Mandarin Oranges (and their juice)
    3 teaspoons Red pepper or to taste(optional)

Directions

Put the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl until well blended, pour over the chops. Cook on high for 4hours or low for 7-8.
