Introduction

I came up with this when I wanted just the inside filling from a Lemon Pie. It has the flavor and creaminess. I came up with this when I wanted just the inside filling from a Lemon Pie. It has the flavor and creaminess.

I love this stuff! I use sweetener and no marmalade, but it is still great! I have also tried it with sweetener and vanilla extract, and that is also quite good. - 5/17/10

Thanks...sometimes simple is best. I don't use artificial sweetener, has a weird effect on my physiology. I try to eat clean, real difficult these days. I have homemade marmalade, and fresh lime juice. Try adding a strong citrus juice, it really makes it taste like Key lime pie.
