Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, 3 cup
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla, 2 Serving
    Cool Whip Lite, 1 serving
    Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp


Directions

BEAT milk and pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Blend in pumpkin and spice.

STIR in COOL WHIP.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

For a simple, but elegant, presentation, spoon pudding mixture evenly into 12 wine glasses or other stemmed glasses before chilling
