    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, thawed
    * Trader Joe's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1 serving
    * Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    * Quaker Oatmeal, 1 cup cooked
    * water, 1 cup
