Ingredients

1 pkg (12 oz) soft silken tofu
15 small green olives
1 T. white wine vinegar
1 T. nutritional yeast
1 T. dijon mustard
3 T. water
1 sheet nori, crumbled
1 T. olive oil
1 t. Real Salt
*The original recipe calls for 1/4 cup olive oil. I reduced it to 1 tablespoon to keep the calories and fat in check. It tastes just as good this way, I think. You could probably omit it all together if desired. :o)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until completely smooth, about 1 minute, stopping to scrape the sides of the blender if necessary.
