Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    onion powder to taste
    1 egg
    1 tbsp ketchup
    1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients form a loaf, pour tomatoe sauce over the top, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done, makes 4 servings.
