Introduction
Add frozen berries to the blender. Next add the pineapple (frozen or fresh). Then add the OJ, and yogurt. I use the "CHOP" function on the blender. If you think it is a little too thick then add a bit of milk to it, but I think it is great without it!! 3/4 cup Diced Pineapple
1 cup Yogurt- plain, low fat
1/4 cup Orange Juice
Splash of milk (optional- not in the nutritional facts either)
Directions
This makes about 2 8oz servings.
