Ingredients

    Half pound white meat, boneless, skinless chicken,
    2 stalks celery cut up,
    1/2 cup chopped onioon,
    1/4 red bell pepper cut up, and
    1/2 cup broccoli, cut up
    4 tbs extra vergin olive oil
    4 tbs Maggie Gin's stir fry sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil on medium high heat, brown chicken. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Cook the celery for 3 minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables and cook throughly. Add Maggie Gin's and cook for 1 minute. Return the chicken to the pan to reheat. serve.
