Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 10 oz. bag
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Fat Free Cream Cheese, 1/2 cup
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1 cup
    Kosher salt, 1/2 tsp.
    Freshly cracked back pepper, 1/2 tsp.
    Vidalia onion, 1 cup chopped
    Parmesan Cheeese, 1/2 cup grated

Directions

Wilt spinach with garlic; drain and squeeze to remove excess water. Mix remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with pita chips and raw veggies.
