Introduction

Ingredients

    14.5 oz can Diced tomatoes w/green chiles
    15 oz can Kidney beans
    15.25 oz can Whole kernal corn

Directions

Heat all ingredients together in a sauce pan.

Serve with a whole wheat tortilla or just eat from a bowl. Would be good with fat free sour cream and shredded cheese.

Serving size 1/2 cup, makes 7 servings
