Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 2 in chunks
    1 can pineapple chunks(in 100% juice), save juice for sauce.
    8 oz water chestnuts, sliced
    12 oz frozen crinkle cut carrots
    12 oz frozen 3 pepper and onion blend
    1 tbs olive oil

Directions

heat olive oil in frying pan, cook chicken till no longer pink
add remaining ingredients, cook till water is evaporated from the frozen veggies.
serve with sweet and sour sauce and rice
