Ingredients

    1 c. wheat berries
    1 c. black beans or black eyed peas
    1/2 red onion sliced
    1/2 c. feta cheese
    1/2 c. dried cranberries
    1/2 c. mint
    5 tbsp olive oil
    5 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp honey mustard
    dash pepper & salt

    1. cook wheat berries 1 hr & drain.
    2. Mix remaining ingredients and season as needed.
