Introduction

I made this one morning when I only had 5 minutes to get out the door to go to work. It turned out good and even my co-worker liked it I made this one morning when I only had 5 minutes to get out the door to go to work. It turned out good and even my co-worker liked it

Ingredients

    2 sticks of leg style imitation crab meat
    3 green onions bottoms only sliced
    1 side sliced of green pepper or as much as you like
    1 1/2 Tbsp mayo
    1 Tbsp sour cream
    dash of salt to taste
    dash of pepper to taste
    dash of garlic powder
    juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions

Through everything into a blender or turbo chopper. blend until everything is a thick creamy dip. Refrigerate of about an hour. The enjoy with your favorite crackers. I suggest Trisket Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil wheat crackers.
