Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 5 large
    * Milk, 3.25%, .5 cup
    * Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 tbsp
    * Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    * Parsley, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup, shredded
    * Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"

Directions

mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix then poor into pie crust. bake at 375F for 30-35min or until top of quiche and pie crust is golden. You can also add veggies, and other items.
