Introduction

I have been trying to eat a very high fat diet lately due to research I have read about this WOE, and so I am now trying to get 70% of my daily calories from fat. This recipe really helps in that department! Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (canned), 8 oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cream Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .25 cup (remove)
    Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 8 inner leaf (remove)

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except lettuce) and serve spread on romaine.

Makes 4 servings (approximately 1/2 cup each), with 2 leaves of romaine each.
