Introduction

Ingredients

1 LB of lean ground turkey
1 large egg
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
Directions
Prep:
put the ground turkey, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan, and the black pepper (optional) into a mixing bowl and blend the ingredients together. After the the mixing, make into 6 patties. they Will be very soft. take a frying pan and add the olive oil. warm up the oil. Place the patties and cook them on medium heat until brown on BOTH sides. be careful not to overcook. It takes about ten minutes. please enjoy!!

Until this recipe, I never have enjoyed turkey burgers. This is delicious! I added to the calorie count by adding a small amount of panko Ilalian breadcrumbs to the outside. It helped them brown up. I also used ground turkey breast. - 5/25/10

thank you I will take up on the advice you have suggested. I have used breadcrumbs before but not panko. I have panko on my list of things to buy.
