Ingredients

    macaroni elbow, 1 lb. ( 4 cups dry )
    green pepper, 1/2 findly chopped
    red pepper, 1/2 findly chopped
    celery raw, 1 cup diced
    cucumber, 2 med. sliced and halfed
    tomato, 3 cups
    mayonnaise, 1 1/2 cups
    salt , dash
    black pepper, 1 tbsp
    celery seed, 2 tbsp







Directions

dice peppers and celery on the find side. take cukes peel, cut in half remove seeds then cut in half again and slice. chopped tomato in large chunks. mix all ingredients with the cooked macaroni adding tomatos last as not to break up to much. salt and pepper to taste. makes appro. 16 4 oz. servings.
