I used Morning Moo's beef and Morning Moo's tomato powder. Booth products are readily available in Utah, where food storage is a popular concept. Ingredients

    1/4 cup Morning Moo's Textured Vegetable Protein, Beef
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup onion,chopped, chopped
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 cup water
    1 cup cooked white beans
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 tsp taco seasoning
    1 cup corn, canned
    1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen

Directions

Place "Beef", 1/2 cup water, onion, and olive oil in soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add 1 cup water, beans, tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning, corn, and mixed vegetables. Heat through. Makes 4 servings of 1 1/4 cup each.
