Tips

I usually havethe tomatoes, black beans and corn simmering in a large pot while cooking the turkey, peppers and onions. This helps break down the tomatoes faster.
This recipe is easy to double and the chili freezes and reheats nicely

Directions

Cook turkey in pan. Drain any grease after meat is fully cooked. Add pepper, onions, garlic and cumin (sometimes I use a chili seasoning packet). Simmer for 5 minutes stirring and mixing flavors. Add tomoatoes, black beans and corn. Add any salt and pepper to tast.

Simmer for 30 minutes.
