Introduction

In my previous recipe for lower cholesterol eggs, I felt that there was too much fat used and that it was too big of a recipe and decided to break it down to make it easier for anyone who is not cooking for a lot of people.....Enjoy! Ingredients

    1 Large Egg
    3 Large Egg (Whites Only)
    non-fat non calorie cooking spray

Directions

Scramble the egg whites with the Whole Egg, you may add veggies if desired. Use vegetable or canola oil spray on a non-stick pan. Cook on medium heat until done. Makes 2 servings. Serving size is equivalent to 2 regular sized scrambled eggs. For more than 2 people, multiply recipe until you have desired amount of servings.

    Incredible!
    I like the simplicity of this. I can do this in a hurry. It tastes lighter than traditional scrambled eggs and my daughter really likes it. I add sweet basil to it and it was fabulous. Thanks. - 7/24/12
