Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 - 3 oz. Salmon (any firm fatty fish)
    10 leaves fresh Basil remove stems
    1/2 - 1 tsp. Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb no salt seasoning
    4 tsp. Extra light Olive Oil
    1 tsp Sesame Oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan Shredded

Directions

Makes 2 - 3 oz servings
Preheat Bbq for 5 min.
I spray grill with a non stick spray.
Preheat Bbq for 5 min. Turn heat to medium
Place Salmon on grill.
In Blender, combine Oilive Oil, Sesame Oil first.
Layer Fresh Basil leaves, washed and stemmed into blender,
Add Fresh Dill to blender
Blend on Low to combine the oil and greens, You may have to pulse a few times. I sometimes add 1 tbls water to make a thick batter-like consistency,
Add Mrs. Dash, and shredded Parmesan.
Continue to blend until Parmesan is mixed well. You may have to pulse.
Check on Salmon and it should have grill marks (About 7 min)
Turn Salmon and grill for another 5 minutes, and remove from grill, and let rest for 3 minutes. Pour the Pesto over the Salmon,or place Salmon atop the Pesto which has been poured onto individual dishes, and serve.
