Introduction

I took the classic meatloaf recipe from Quaker and added a little to it and baked it in a muffin pan to make individual meatloaves. I took the classic meatloaf recipe from Quaker and added a little to it and baked it in a muffin pan to make individual meatloaves.

Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground turkey
    2 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup dehydrated chopped onion
    1/2 cup ketchup
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 egg
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    Salt
    Pepper
    Italian Seasoning

Directions

Mix wet ingredients first. Then add dry ingredients.
Fill 12 muffin cups
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Muffins can be frozen for later use.
