CRUST
# *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
# *Graham Cracker Crumbs, .5 cup (remove)
# *Sucralose (like Splenda), 6 tsp (remove)
# Becel light margerine, 6 tsp (remove)
FILLING
# *cream cheese - weight watchers, 12 oz (remove)
# *Splenda - 1 cup, .66 serving (remove)
# Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
# Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
# Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
# *Almond Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
# Blackberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
Mix crust ingredients cutting in the butter until the mixture resembles crumbs. Pour crust mixture onto the bottom of the pan and press evenly. Bake crust for 5 minutes then set aside.
While crust is baking, make the filling. Beat cream cheese and sweetener together with an electric mixer. Beat in egg, egg white, and extracts until mixtures is just smooth. Do not over mix. Gently fold in berries. Pour the filling onto the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 23-25 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the center is set but still slightly soft.
Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then refrigerate at least 2 hours befor cutting into bars.
