Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c unrefined organic coconut oil
    1/2 c butter
    1/4 c splenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1/2 c granulated sugar
    6 eggs
    1 t vanilla
    3/4 c all purpose flour
    3/4 c whole wheat flour
    6 scoops GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme Protein Powder, Vanilla flavor
    (optional 1/4 c fresh ground flax seeds)
    1 1/2 t baking soda
    1 1/2 t cinnamon
    1/2 t sea salt
    3 c Quaker old fashioned oats
    1 c raisins
    1 c chopped walnuts
    (optional 1/2 c cocoa nibs)

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Cream oil, butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.

In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, protein powder and flax. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, walnuts and cocoa nibs, combine well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 mins, carefully transfer to cooling rack. May be stored by portions in freezer, great for grab and go convenience on busy mornings.
