Ingredients

1 avacado, sliced into 1/4" slices
four slices of whole wheat bread
    4 slices meatless bacon
half tbsp of Kraft Miracle Whip, light
1 tomato, sliced into 1/4" slices
    iceburg lettuce leaves, large

Directions

Cook the bacon, either in a pan or baked in the oven. I prefer cooking in a pan till they're really crunchy

While cooking the bacon, cut the avacado and removed the skin and seed. Next slice it lengthwise into 1/4" slices. One half will be used for one sandwich, so this will make two sandwiches.

Spread the miracle whip onto each slice of bread, but don't put it on thick. A very thin layer is all you need. Next, lay the avacado slices onto the bread. The miracle whip will act as a glue, holding the slices in place.

Slice the tomato into 1/4" slices, and place as many slices onto the sandwich as you like. I prefer two slices to each. After you put the tomatos on, you'll lay two bacon slices over these. Two slices of bacon to each sandwich.

Then lay a few crunchy iceburg leaves on top of the bacon, put the other slice of bread on top of this and you're done! I find cutting the sandwiches in half helps with eating. You'll probably eat only once sandwich, so save the other one for later. They make a great lunch and dinner and are very filling. Plus, they're easy to make, so enjoy!
