Introduction

Ingredients

French Toast:
4 servings Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 100 calories per sandwich thin (8 slices)
1.5 c Egg Beaters
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
4 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Sauce:
1 c fresh or frozen strawberries (or other berries)
4 Tbsp Water
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Syrup: Put fruit, water, and sugar in a small pot. Heat until the mixture begins to thicken as the water evaporates (about 10 min), stirring occasionally.
French toast & Filling: Stir together cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl. Spread mixture between two slices of sandwich thins to make a sandwich.
In another bowl, stir together egg beaters, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip the sandwich into the mixture on both sides. Place on hot griddle or skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
Top with syrup and enjoy!
