I love this for a filling breakfast. I love this for a filling breakfast.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    * Beef heart, raw, 15 oz
    * Oats, 125 grams
    * Leeks, 1 leek
    * Shiitake Mushrooms, 8 mushrooms
    * Garlic juice, approx. 3 tsp
    * S&P to taste

Directions

Dice heart into bite-sized pieces. Remove outer leaves and clean and slice leek. Remove stems from mushrooms: quarter if desired. (Dried mushrooms will work better in this recipe. )
Put all ingredients into small pot, add sufficient water to completely cover and then add about another cup, and cook on low overnight. Makes 5 servings, each a little over a cup.
